WHO I AM 

Hi, My name is Alli Stanton and I am the founder of Pure Wellness.

I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 18 years. I am also a wellness coach specializing in women’s health. My passion is helping women age powerfully by teaching them the best foods, exercises and lifestyle habits to promote sustained fat loss and energy restoration.


I created my signature program, The Wellness Accelerator, to help women shed stubborn weight, feel energized as they age and give up dieting forever.  A key feature of this program is my signature 3-2-1 Meal Planning System, that makes healthy eating both approachable and sustainable. In the 8 weeks women work with me, they learn habits that lead to lasting fat loss, energy restoration and improved quality of life! 

For local clients, I offer a customized 3 Session Nutrition Makeover, which is specifically tailored to meet each clients needs and goals. This package includes a comprehensive in-home Nutrition Assessment, Goal Setting, Kitchen Clean Out, Meal Prepping Session and/or Grocery Shopping Tour and more!
